Physical Characteristics

The mountain gorilla has many  essential features that it needs to survive, without them it would DIE! The mountain gorilla is very heavy and can weigh up to 440 pounds. It has thick fur to survive those cold nights that go below 0 degrees . The mountain gorilla can grow up to 4 to 5 1/2 feet tall, when the gorillas are standing up on 2 feet. All gorillas have a distinctive nose that can identify all gorillas. It has a broad chest about 1 metre and arms about 2 metres longer than the mountain gorilla’s legs. All gorillas have 4 fingers and 1 opposable thumb and 5 toes.
